Donald Weber is a photojournalist, who chose
Ukraine as this year's subject for his photo work. These images are haunting, yet powerful reminders of what it's like to live a third-world existence in a nation splintered from a first? second? world country. The photos are scary, but true, and while there aren't many, they manage to capture the three sides of organized crime - the perpetrators, the victims, and the cops. Great set of pics!
